The new Ikon Insider’s Pass to Sugarbush not only offers you the opportunity to discover all the above, but perhaps more valuably, shows just how to ski and ride this mountain. | With four three-hour sessions with your own private guide, you’ll learn what trails should be at the top of the list on any given day, which ones get the most sun, soften first, and hold corduroy the longest. And as you’ll be out with your own private guide, they’ll offer you as many tips and tricks on how to navigate the terrain as your brain will process. (SIDE PERK - As you will have your own private guide, you won’t be waiting in any lift lines.)

The Ikon Insider's Pass also includes four transferable days on premium demo skis and snowboards.Whether you want to float, carve or find something in between, your guide can recommend the best gear for you to have a great day.

Ikon Insider's Pass Cancellations & Changes Policy

• Session cancellations made 72 hours prior to your reservation date will be returned to your pass with no fee. Session cancellations and changes made within 72 hours and at least by 4pm the day prior to session date will be charged a $50 rebooking fee
• There is no fee to change (reschedule) premium demo rentals prior to 24 hours of rental start date.
• Day of cancellations and changes are not permitted and will result in full forfeiture of session and demo day.
• If the resort is open for skiing/riding there are no refunds or cancellations due to weather, please plan accordingly.
• Ikon Insiders's Pass is non-refundable, and any unused sessions or demo days will expire at the end of the 24/25 season.

The Mt. Ellen Snowboard Team is for snowboarders looking to develop their mogul, aerial and park skills in a strong team atmosphere.
Ages 8-14 | Mt. Ellen Snowboard Team is all about self-expression, and the exceptional coaches of the Mt. Ellen Snowboard Team have created a nationally competitive team focused on developing the skills needed to succeed in professionally judged competitions and beyond.

Snowboard team members should be advanced to expert level all-mountain snowboarders comfortable with being coached in rails, and air and big mountain riding. The program will meet every Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm, January 4 to March 23, 2025, primarily at Mt Ellen. Members must have an Ikon Pass.

Rent a private heated cabin at the base of either Lincoln Peak or Mt. Ellen for you and your crew. These cabins fit up to eight people and come fully equipped with boot storage, dining table, benches, and a cooler. Reserve your own Base Cabin for the day for you and your family and enjoy ski-in-ski-out access to the slopes, while having a personal warming hut for whenever you need it. Cabins are available daily. | A small fun fact is that each cabin is named after one of the Sugarbush Peaks! Inside, you'll find a little information plaque on Long Trail geography as well as why that peak is named that peak!

Cabin hours are open ½ hr before lifts open and close ½ hr after lifts close. Cabins have a single day door code, which will be available by calling the Guest Service desk at 802-583-6590 or 802-583-6867 or emailing gservices@sugarbush.com, guests can also check-in at the Guest Service desk the morning of arrival to obtain their day code.
-Cabin rentals are not available for evening events like fireworks.
