Early Ups lift operating schedule subject to change based upon weather and other operational factors, Valley House or Gate House lift may be substituted in the event of Super Bravo delayed opening.

Sugarbush Ticket Cancellation Policy 24/25
• Cancellations made prior to 72 hours of the start date will receive a refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee per ticket/per day
( i.e. 3 day ticket would be charged a $30 cancellation fee)
• Credits can be held in resort credit without a cancellation fee
• Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable
• There is no fee to change ticket dates prior to 72 hours of the start date
• Changes made within 72 hours to the ticket start date will incur a $10 rebooking fee per ticket/per day (i.e. 3 day ticket would be charged a $30 rebooking fee) . Changes must be made by 10am of ticket start date
• Rebooking fee applies on Quad Pack and TBD Ticket changes as well
• If the resort is open for skiing/riding there are no refunds or cancellations due to weather, please plan accordingly
