Allyn's Lodge Fireside À La Carte Dinners
Remote Fireside Dining at Allyn’s Lodge is a unique experience that allows friends and families to celebrate their most memorable occasions. Guests arrive by Lincoln Limo—a snowcat fitted with a twelve-passenger heated cabin—or on foot via a guided hike up the mountain. The fireside dining experience is open to guests of all ages, skiers and non-skiers alike. | Allyn’s Lodge provides an intimate atmosphere lit by candles and a crackling fire. Guests are welcomed to Allyn’s Lodge with a champagne toast, followed by an elegant five-course meal. Beer and wine are available for additional purchase. The dinner at Allyn’s Lodge typically lasts from 6:30 – 9:00 PM. Following the fireside dinner, guests bundle up to either ski or snowboard down a freshly-groomed trail, or descend to the base in the comfort of the heated cabin cat. Skiing down in the quiet of the night heightens the senses, providing an experience many guests return for again and again. (This experience is for advanced skiers and snowboarders only.) The evening concludes with coffee and house-made dessert, served in the warmth of Rumble’s Kitchen. The evening ends around 9:30 PM.
